So, I'm sure some of you more fashion conscious men are aware that it is the end of Autumn's Heritage trend. This trend was meant to be based on old English Heritage clothing (think farmer clothes, chunky knits, deep green material blazers), with a modern twist, (think carrot style jeans and chinos). This trend also incorporates military, in the form of trench coats and military style boots.
However, this trend was for the autumn, and the new winter trend is coming. No need to throw away your carrot style trousers just yet though as a lot of the items from the heritage trend ie chunky knits, are included in the new winter trend. The new winter trend according to the Topman website is named 'Grindstone' (where do they think of the names)? It is all about chunky unstructured knits and checked shirts. So erm, keep those knits and shirts, but maybe lose the tweed cap, for now.
