"I approached Sarah with no idea of what I wanted my blog to look like, only that I wanted an update and fast. She was very professional, asking me to choose 4 of my favourite blog designs and to pick out what I liked about them. From this exercise, and through looking at the kind of content I post on my blog, she was able to put together some thoughts and to mock up a personalised design for me to look at.
